1. Business authority
You confirm that the business and contact information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to publish and fulfil offers for the business. Administrator approval may require additional verification.
2. Deal quality
Deal titles, prices, images, availability, locations, restrictions and expiry dates must be complete and accurate. Misleading discounts, copied content and unavailable offers are prohibited.
3. Voucher fulfilment
The merchant must honour valid paid vouchers according to the approved deal. Voucher codes must be verified only through the merchant dashboard and must not be retained or shared outside legitimate fulfilment records.
4. Commission, holds and payout
The platform commission, minimum payout and post-redemption hold period are shown in the merchant dashboard or agreement settings. Only eligible redeemed earnings become withdrawable. Transfers may require independent payment confirmation.
5. Refunds and disputes
The merchant must cooperate with support, provide reasonable fulfilment evidence and accept valid reversals for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or unfulfilled orders according to the Refund policy.
6. Compliance and suspension
The merchant is responsible for lawful goods, services, advertising, tax and business obligations. Accounts or deals may be paused for risk review, repeated complaints, inaccurate information, security concerns or policy violations.
