1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and promptly update your contact details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
If you create an account for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.
2. Marketplace role
DealBari, operated by Itna Global Ltd., provides a marketplace where independent merchants publish offers. Each deal page identifies the offer, price, availability, location and special conditions.
3. Orders, payments and vouchers
An order is confirmed only after the required payment is verified. A voucher may be used once, must not be copied or resold, and remains subject to the deal-specific validity period and conditions.
4. Fair use
Do not misuse accounts, payment systems, reviews, referral rewards, vouchers, website security or another person’s information. Fraudulent or abusive activity may be blocked and investigated.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on voucher status, merchant fulfilment, deal terms and the published Refund policy. A redeemed voucher normally cannot be cancelled unless the service was not provided as promised.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a new version. Material updates can be presented in the consent center. Contact support if you do not understand a condition before continuing.
